Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively overseeing customer satisfaction and service delivery by addressing potential product issues and attending to service requests from our valued clients. Play a key role in managing customer escalations and fulfilling their requests.
- Establishing and nurturing enduring customer relationships that stand the test of time. Ensure the punctual and successful delivery of software solutions, features, and products in alignment with our customers’ needs and objectives.
- Engaging in sales and marketing endeavors aimed at securing new clients for the company. Collaborating with our CEO to define strategic marketing, sales, and account management plans.
- Formulating and executing account strategies that drive the achievement of critical business goals.
- Collaborating closely with our sales team during the transition from new customer acquisition to the establishment of long-term client relationships.
- Liaising effectively with internal departments across multiple continents on various projects, including Tech, QA, and Product teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet set deadlines.
Personal Skills and Traits:
- Proven Account Management experience and/or Project Management experience.
- Solid understanding of iGaming or technical knowledge is considered a strong advantage but not a necessity.
- Strong time-management and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative and discipline to execute and deliver.
- Structured, good attention to detail, and thorough.
- Strong work ethic complemented with an energetic can-do attitude.
- Ability and willingness to learn about our products and the industry.
- Availability to travel regularly to attend client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
